About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR activities and support the organization’s growing workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Handle HR operations including attendance, leave, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Manage employee onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, salary revisions, and employee-related queries.
• Conduct performance reviews, appraisals, and employee evaluations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
• Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
• Plan employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and MIS.

Required skills

• 4–5 years of experience in HR.
• MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or relevant qualification.

About the role

Adloggs is looking for an experienced administrator to manage our servers, databases, and cloud infrastructure across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure. You will own infrastructure availability, security, performance, monitoring, backups, and recovery for our production and development environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Linux servers, virtual machines, storage, networking, and cloud resources across GCP and Azure.
• Administer MySQL databases, including installation, configuration, access management, replication, backups, recovery, and performance tuning.
• Maintain Redis, ClickHouse, and PostgreSQL environments where required.
• Configure and maintain load balancers, Nginx, DNS, SSL certificates, firewalls, VPNs, and private networks.
• Support Node.js applications running with PM2 and Docker, coordinating deployments with development teams.
• Monitor server health, database performance, API latency, disk usage, connections, and resource utilization.
• Configure actionable alerts with clear escalation procedures for production issues.
• Troubleshoot outages, slow queries, connectivity failures, storage issues, and infrastructure bottlenecks.
• Maintain automated backups, retention policies, and disaster recovery procedures; regularly test restoration.
• Apply security patches, manage IAM permissions and secrets, and enforce least-privilege access.

Required skills

About the role

We are looking for experienced Customer Support Executives to help the businesses and delivery partners who use Adloggs. You will handle order and delivery queries over phone, email and chat, work with operations and riders to resolve issues, escalate when needed, and keep customers informed until every case is closed. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in customer support, ideally in logistics, e-commerce or a tech product, with clear communication and a strong sense of ownership.

Key skills

• Clear spoken and written English; other Indian languages a plus
• Experience handling customer queries over phone, email and chat
• Familiarity with ticketing or CRM tools
• Ability to track and resolve order and delivery issues
• Calm, empathetic approach when customers are under pressure
