02 / FROM COPY & PASTE TO ZERO TOUCH

Five manual steps.
Every order. Every day.

A merchant receives orders on one or more ordering sites. To get each one delivered, someone at the counter moves it by hand into a delivery app, order after order, all day.

    Watch the ordering site

Keep a browser tab open and refresh for new orders.

    Captured automatically

Every order, from every site, is picked up the moment it appears. Nobody at the shop needs to notice it.

    Copy the details

Customer name, phone, pickup and drop addresses.

    Nothing retyped

Addresses and coordinates come directly from the source order.

  3. 03

On a phone, paste everything in and book a rider.

    Booked automatically

The Dispatch App places the booking in the partner app, even at peak hours.

No rider? Cancel and start again on another app.

    Automatic fallback

No rider within the wait time? The booking is cancelled and the next partner is tried.

The merchant's job changes from moving orders between apps to simply packing the parcel.

03 / HOW IT WORKS

Two installs.
Then every order flows on its own.

The merchant installs a browser extension and the Adloggs Dispatch App on their phone, once. After that, orders move from the ordering site to a booked rider with no person in between.

  1. 01 / CAPTURED

The browser extension captures the order

Runs in the merchant's browser on the ordering sites they already use. New orders are picked up the moment they appear, with no integration project and no API agreement with the site.

    • Learn once. The first time a platform is seen, AI writes a tested connector for it.
    • Reuse for every merchant. The next merchant on that platform connects in seconds, with no AI cost.
    • Heal when sites change. Layout changes are detected, and an updated connector is built, tested and rolled out.
    • New platform = one config file. No new code, database change or app release.

  2. 02 / DECIDED

  3. 03 / BOOKED

The Dispatch App books the rider

The Dispatch App on the merchant's phone opens Rapido, Porter or another partner app, places the booking and reads the rider and status back: exactly what staff used to do by hand.

    • Uses the merchant's own accounts. Existing partner apps and existing rates, with Adloggs on top.
    • Any partner, by configuration. A new partner app is a setting, not a rebuild, so the network grows city by city.
    • Backed by Adloggs 3PL. Where the phone path isn't available, the cloud books directly on the Adloggs network, with the same order and the same tracking.

What is Adloggs Dispatch?

Adloggs Dispatch is zero-touch delivery dispatch for merchants. A browser extension captures every new order from the ordering sites a merchant already uses, the Adloggs cloud applies the merchant's delivery-partner priority, and the Dispatch App on the merchant's phone books a rider on Rapido, Porter or the Adloggs 3PL network automatically.

What does zero-touch dispatch mean?

Zero-touch dispatch means no person has to handle an order between the ordering site and the delivery booking. With Adloggs Dispatch, capturing the order, choosing the delivery partner, booking the rider, falling back to another partner and reporting status all happen automatically. Staff only pack the parcel.

Which ordering sites does Adloggs Dispatch work with?

Any ordering site the merchant opens in a browser, including their own website, marketplace dashboards and other ordering platforms. The first time Adloggs sees a platform, AI writes and tests a connector for it. Every later merchant on that platform reuses the same connector.

Which delivery partners can Adloggs Dispatch book?

Rapido and Porter, plus other partner apps configured for the merchant. Adding a partner app is a configuration change, not a new release. Where booking through the phone isn't available, the Adloggs cloud books the order directly on the Adloggs 3PL network.

How does automatic fallback work?

The merchant sets the partner order and how long to wait for each, from 30 seconds to 1 hour. For example: Rapido for 3 minutes, then Porter for 5 minutes, then Adloggs 3PL. If no rider accepts in time, the booking is cancelled and the next partner is tried, so there is never a double booking.

Does Adloggs Dispatch use my own Rapido and Porter accounts?

Yes. The Dispatch App books through the partner apps on the merchant's own phone, so the merchant keeps their existing accounts and rates. Adloggs adds the automation on top.

What happens when an ordering site changes its layout?

Adloggs detects the change, builds an updated connector, tests it and rolls it out. Merchants don't need to reconnect or change anything.

Can Adloggs Dispatch create duplicate orders or double bookings?

No duplicate orders and no double bookings is a hard design rule. Each order is captured once, and an unanswered booking is always cancelled before the next partner is tried.

How long does it take to set up?

Setup is two installs: the browser extension and the Dispatch App. It is designed for a merchant to connect in 5 minutes or less without support. Merchants can start in read-only mode, seeing captured orders before automatic booking is switched on.

How is Adloggs Dispatch different from Adloggs DMS?

Adloggs DMS is a full delivery management system for businesses running their own riders and 3PL partners, integrated through POS, OMS or API. Adloggs Dispatch is for merchants who take orders on ordering sites and book on-demand partner apps by hand today. It automates that work with no integration.

Why Adloggs

Rapido and Porter are trademarks of their respective owners. Adloggs Dispatch books through each merchant's own partner accounts; the live flow above is an illustrative simulation.
